Got a call back within a few minutes and ‘yeah I can get my guys out to you by around 10AM’. Holy crap! Awesome. The guys show up a little after 10am (I am a good hour or more from Cedar Springs), diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts on hand and fixed the issue and were out within an hour! They showed up at 7:50am Saturday, diagnosed a bad pump, explained why it was bad, recommended new pipe, replaced the 23 year old pump, installed new pipe & wire and we had running water by 9:15am. I called North Kent at 6:30 AM and got a call-back by around 7. They said they would be here around 10 because they had another service call at 8. The called at 9 and said they were about 10 miles away and they arrived earlier than I expected. They diagnosed the problem in minutes and had it resolved within a half hour.
